1. Return Timeframe

You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, unless otherwise specified in product descriptions.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized Christmas accessories
  • Items on sale or clearance (unless defective)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at admin@honika.xyz with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to send your item back to us.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us directly at admin@honika.xyz. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product so we can assist you with a replacement or refund. We may require photos of the damaged item for verification.

8. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Personalized items (such as custom Christmas ornaments)

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please double-check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at admin@honika.xyz.
